The Grill (choice of two proteins)

Farmcrest chicken burger, Kuterra Atlantic salmon filet, Cache Creek beef or handmade veggie burger, Postmark IPA chorizo or Two Rivers bratwurst sausage. Our chefs will create two salads in season and add spiced Pemberton potato wedges, alongside home-made sauces, onsite pickled garden bounty & ferments and burger toppings. For dessert maldon salt dark chocolate chip cookies. Pricing is per person.



La Taqueria (choice of two proteins)

Slow braised pork carnitas, hanger steak carne asada or Oceanwise fish taco, you choose two. Served with salsa verde, house made Lillooet hot sauce, pico de gallo, dome slaw, chipotle smoked yoghurt, fresh smashed guacamole, cilantro, cumin spiced organic rice and beans. Leave room for churros and Ancho chili chocolate ganache drizzle. Pricing is per person.



Mediterranean Mezze (choice of two proteins)

Infused with fresh locally grown herbs, garlic and lemon - you can choose two of the following. Farmcrest chicken, Cache Creek beef or Peace River lamb accompanied with falafel, spanakorizo, rice pilaf, Greek salad, tzatziki, hummus and citrus marinated olives. Dessert will be dark chocolate ganache brownies finished with cocoa nibs. Pricing is per person.



Sea to Sky Cookout

Sea to sky milled cedar plank wild BC salmon with maple glaze, charred lemon, white wine garlic steamed Salt Spring Island mussels, North Shore bratwurst, garlic herb baguette, dome fennel slaw, fermented mustard & kale potato salad and grilled Chilliwack corn. Dessert will be Lemon tarts finished with Italian meringue and lavender drizzle. Pricing is per person.
