With a combined 40 years experience in the B.C. culinary industry, we have formed great roots with our local communities, farmers, growers and fellow local industry professionals to deliver the quintessential West Coast experience to you and your guests. Serving Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton and the Sea to Sky Corridor.
From locally sourced produce to farm-raised ethical meat or sustainably harvested seafood, the freshest ingredients are at the heart of our dishes and flavors. Once your menu is selected, our experienced chefs go to work orchestrating every detail with your vision in mind.
